Varicose veins of the saphenous veins of the lower extremities - non-surgical treatment.

The outflow of blood from the lower extremities is carried out through the system of deep and superficial veins. Most of the blood goes through the deep veins.

In the veins, there are stop valves that block the lumen of the vein during diastole of the heart so that the blood column does not fall down. The working muscles of the legs contribute to the upward movement of blood.

                                    Clinic of varicose veins.

When examining the lower extremities, we see superficial veins protruding from under the skin, which should not be visible in the normal state. They can be of different diameters, of different lengths, often interspersed with spherical shape by extended nodes.

In advanced cases, the veins "get out" on all sides, from the foot to the inguinal fold. The skin of the lower leg can change to a dark color due to a violation of microcirculation. Swelling of the legs, a feeling of heaviness in the lower limbs, pain in the legs with prolonged walking, a feeling of "bursting", etc. can be observed.

Often against this background, trophic ulcers occur. The walls of the veins are thinned, up to spontaneous rupture and heavy bleeding, life-threatening.

                                    Causes of varicose veins.

There is an opinion that varicose disease is inherited. Vein expansion occurs due to weakness of the vein wall. This is facilitated by excess body weight, inactivity, prolonged standing on legs, sedentary work, hard physical labor.

When the muscles work little, their constant spasm leads to stagnation of blood, its thickening and impaired blood flow.

In this regard, in order to raise blood, the heart has to exert increased efforts, the pressure in the veins rises, which leads to their expansion.

Hormonal disorders can also lead to varicose veins of the lower extremities.

Treatment of varicose veins of the saphenous veins of the lower extremities.

There are two main treatments for varicose veins. Operational - when the enlarged section of the vein is removed, the second - gluing the veins with various drugs or a laser.

But these methods often give relapses, you have to be operated on several times. Palliative methods - wearing special tight, leg-compressing stockings, do not solve the problem. Blood remains thickened, stagnant, the risk of blood clots does not decrease, pelvic organs begin to suffer.

                                       Our technique.

We propose to introduce into the lumen of the vein low-concentrated solutions of hydrogen peroxide according to the method of Professor I.P. Neumyvakin. The ultimate goal is to irritate the vein so that it begins to produce connective tissue that strengthens its wall.

We select the concentration of peroxide individually for each patient, gradually, causing a slight soreness in the vein, possibly its redness and hardening when the connective tissue begins to develop.

Further prefixes of leeches, applications of blue Cambrian clay, aspirin dressings, absorbable ointments, etc., we achieve normalization of the vein. The latter decreases in size, becomes soft and goes to its original place.

                                         The results of the treatment.

Veins are restored and retain blood flow, which eliminates the risk of complications. As a rule, relapse does not occur.
